Make Ahead Low-Carb Breakfast Burritos
A quick & easy make-ahead breakfast burrito with a low carb option. This delicious burrito can be reheated in as little as 45 seconds for a quick morning fill up.
I prefer thick & chunky
Brown & crumbled 2lbs of sausage in a large skillet.
Whisk eggs, add salt & pepper, and add to skillet.
Cook until solid, stirring continually.
Add 1 cup of salsa. Mix well. Remove from heat
Add 1/2 slice of cheese & 3 heaping tablespoons of filling to each tortilla.
Roll in wax paper and then foil. Freeze.
Reheat for 45 seconds or until warm. Enjoy!
